Your Instructor

Natasha McAlister is an NZQA qualified Personal Trainer, a Group Fitness instructor, and a certified Pilates and Reformer instructor.

As a busy mother with three children, Natasha knows how difficult it is to fit in exercise and juggle timetables.  Always passionate about exercise and fitness, she began working as a Fitness Instructor in 2008, and has worked at gyms all around Wellington.

Recognising the importance of fitness for our health and wellbeing, Natasha established Bodevolve Pilates in 2013 as a flexible training service to suit different fitness levels and schedules.  She brings her bright personality to her training and class work, making it easy and fun for clients.

Natasha is committed to continuing her professional development, and over the years has gained the following relevant experience and qualifications:

2014

  • National Certificate in Fitness (Exercise Consultant) Level 3

2011

  • Core Pilates, NYC Comprehensive Training Course
  • Certificate of completion for Reformer training, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.

2010

  • Core Pilates, NYC Comprehensive Training Course
  • Certificate of completion for Mat Pilates instruction and completed the prescribed course of study incorporating anatomy and classical principles of Pilates Mat exercise according to Joseph Pilates.
